We want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your Tajinebanane pieces. If a fit isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and unwashed.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
